Tutoring Thai students English as a foreign language for communication and business, IAESTE Engineering intern (2008) nominated by the British Council I understand some students have a fear of Mathematics and numerical subjects. I have experience helping students who have struggled with maths before and who just need help with their confidence. I encourage students to have a go, make mistakes and learn from them. My experience and training as an English tutor has been valuable in the past as I have found focusing on the language of maths, especially when applying problem solving to physics and engineering contexts, helps my students. I am an easy going tutor and am practiced in helping my students develop the confidence to make significant progress under my tutelage.
